Well boys, sens are looking pooped for next year so we got to make some changes here.

Ottawa
Boychuk

Boston
Prince, 2014 2nd

Boston has a plethora of NHL ready defensemen and Boychuk's contract makes him expendable. They save money and prep for the future.
---------------------

Ottawa
Shattenkirk and berglund

St. Louis
Spezza and Weircioch

Fair value going both ways, Bryan Murray will likely fight to get this type of return. The guy usually comes through big.
---------------------

Sign:
Penner 3years - 4 mil per
Callahan 5 years -6 mil per

MacArthur-Turris-Stone
Ryan-Zibanejad-Callahan
Penner-Berglund-Lazar
Condra-Smith-Neil
Greening

Methot-Karlsson
Shattenkirk-Boychuk
Cowan-Ceci
Phillips

Lehner
Karlsson

This roster will put fans in the seats, while not making owner go over his internal salary budget. The kids get into the lineup while still a team that is competitive enough to compete in the east.

Ottawa also gets the bottom six 6 size they're looking for

2.) 22 Jun 2014
I don't think ottawa does the boychuck trade, prince is one of our top prospects and that 2nd is one of our few draft picks this year. We don't really need boychuck, we are a budget team that's in a retool and trading away our prospects and picks for a slightly more expensive, older dman is not what we need
Other than that I like the roster

3.) 22 Jun 2014
Doubt Callahan signs, but the rest is very believable

4.) 23 Jun 2014
You should out shattenkirk with karlssom

5.) 23 Jun 2014
There is no way the blues will trade Shattenkirk.
Shattenkirk >>>>>> Spezza in NHL trade value.

You will get Berglund, Pajarrvi maybe a third rnd pick but that's it no more. JUST SO YOUR AWARE. The blues don't have to trade. we can always spend our money statsny which we have a lot.
