Trade 1:
To EDM: 8th overall,Gardiner, 2nd 2016
To TOR: 3rd overall

At the #8 position they can pick Hayden Fleury without wasting their pick! Gardiner is also NHL ready. he will fit in perfectly with the young oilers.

Trade 2:
Swap rights for Kulemin with rights for Niskanen.

I am the biggest Penguins fan, however Rutherfurd is taking WAY too long with this talented defenseman! Better to pick up Kulemin at least and sign him to a 3yr/9mil (avr. 3mil) deal.

MacT said today that the only way he considers trading 3rd overall is if Ekblad AND Draisaitl are gone. Odds are that Buffalo takes Reinhart so I think we can quit with all these leafs trades for 3rd overall. Good god, can we please?!
