Florida trade: Phaneuf, Bollands rights, 8th for the 1st.
Oiler trade: Phaneuf, Fransons rights, 8th for the 3rd.
Philly trade: Phaneuf for the 17th, and Read.
NYI trade: Phaneuf, Reimer, 8th for 5th and Boyles rights.

I do not like the phill and NYI trade but the fla and oil I can live with

Fla trade could definitely work.
They could then still possibly take
Haydn Fluery (if Carolina hasnt)
They will need good young defenceman
for when Jovanovski and Campbell
are done.

If you as GM sign a player to a term than just live with it instead of trading or buying out the player because it makes you look incompitant
