I like this leafs team more.

Just my opinion but, getting rid of JVR would be a bad move by the leafs. If they did get o'reilly, they should put naz on the wing with him.

If that trade were made (which it won't) I would rather see the lines be

Kadri - O'Reilly - kessel
Booth - bozak - lupul
Komarov - Holland - clarkson
Santorelli - winnik - frattin

Id rather give up a little more and get a bigger center to make room for kessel and kadri. No offence to orielly

2. Kadri is a center. So. You CAN put Lupul on the 1st line.
3. Honestly don't know why Komarov is on a 3rd line. if he penalty kills, then give him good PK time. He has only 9 points in the NHL.
4. I would also suggest trading Kadri or Bozak so the lineups look good. Trade one of them for a 2nd line winger like David Perron. (Not saying Toronto wants to give up Kadri, and Edmonton wants to give up Perron) But its just an example.

2 @stammer holland was traded in this post so he won't be the 3 center
3 @oilersblue komarov is a good 3rd liner(sometimes it helps too watch them play, typing a name into Google only does so much)
4 I think the value is fair in first trade.im not sure about the second

Kadri may be a centre. But he can not win a facroff to save his life. I would like to see him on the wing because he is gifted offensively and could put up points, but wouldn't have to take faceoffs anymore.

Mg69 I agree with you but I would play kadri at center for the year and see if he can't figure it out before movin Him to the wing.
