This would not work for either team. Pittsburgh is not going to get rid of Malkin they love the one two punch his and Crosby present. If they make a trade it will most likely be for a winger to play with Malkin for one of their young defenceman. Toronto would not do this because they already have a problem on the wing they would finally have a franchise center but would have no one to put around him. JVR is there but behind that Clarkson is not a top line scoring winger and Lupul is hurt to often. Toronto would be worse from this trade.
