Lots of Van rumors going around. I'd like to propose some moves they should make to get younger.

to Pitt: Vrbata and Lack
to Van: Beau Bennett and Simon Depres

to NYR: Bieksa and Burrows
to Van: Kreider and Brady Skjei (prospect)

to Det: Higgins and Hansen
to Van: Tatar

Rangers trade is decent I guess

But there is no way you get one of Detroit's best young players for that package.

I wouldn't touch Vancouvers lines. Honestly, they are doing good. 13 in the nhl. Wouldn't touch anything. Possibly trade Burrows for a bigger scoring threat.

NYR will not trade Skjei for Bieksa & Burrows.
DET is looking for R-D not forwards.

PIT does not need lack and will not get rid of Bennet or Despres. Bennet has more value than Vrbata and Despres is already gaining elite form as a 2-way D
