Arizona said they want to keep Doan and OEL only so here's two trades:

Mtl: Hanzal

Ari: 2015 1rst, Bournival, Thrower, Andrighetto

So Mtl gets what they dream of: a BIG, physical center.
And Arizona gets a package similar to what they asked for Vermette, a 1rst, Roster player, prospect+a roster/prospect.

Ott: Stone

Ari: Prince, 2015 3rd

Michael Stone joins his brother Mark and Arizona gets a C/C+ prospect (not sure what grade he's rated) and an early 3rd.

Thoughts?

1.) 01 Feb 2015
Ottawa doesn't have a third this year but i'd ship our third from next year over

2.) 01 Feb 2015
Big no from Montreal. Massive overpayment for Hanzal

3.) 01 Feb 2015
So ottawa would then have 9 d men and one less prospect and pick. Doesn't make any sense

4.) 02 Feb 2015
If I'm the Sens I would do that Stone pick in a heartbeat. And Prince is more of a B prospect (he just keeps getting passed over for guys like Lazar, Stone, Pageau etc)

Hey Bud - right now its not really about the quantity of D, it's the quality. Sure they would have 9, assuming more moves wouldn't be made. If Ottawa has a chance to get the other Stone or Michalek, they would do that and make whatever other trades necessary to make the room.

5.) 04 Feb 2015
Habs: 2nd & Eller & Thrower to ARI for Hanzal
