Oilers Hired Peter Chiarelli 2 days ago.
I expect Jordan Eberle to be traded because Chiarelli loves size.

To Vancouver: Jordan Eberle, conditional 2016 3rd
To Edmonton: 2015 1st round pick, Sven Baertschi

In result, Edmonton will be stocked on first round picks this year. In what is considered ''The Strong Draft''.

Although, Draisaitl has size I can see him being moved.

To Nashville: Leon Draisaitl, Tyler Bunz, Nikita Nikitin (10% retain)

To Edmonton: Magnus Hellberg,Mattias Ekholm,Craig Smith

Nasvhille has Steven Moses (which they signed recently).

I've checked, everything works with the cap.

Thats way to light to get back for Eberle. Vancouver's pick isn't high enough and Baertschi isn't fair value, even if he weren't looking like a first round dud which he does appear to be.

I also don't think the oilers should be looking to draft, time to get active players and make a push for the play offs. There are enough prospects.

More to address the part about Chiarelli being willing to trade Eberle because he likes size. According to press i've read, Chiarelli as GM in Boston made several attempts to trade for Eberle. He has had his eye on him for a while and was very assertive in trying to obtain him. Now that he has him, I can't see him dealing him unless he really has an offer he can't refuse.
