Bear was a 5th Rd pick 4 Months ago, his value hasn't changed. So to summarize you are offering a 3rd, 4th, 5th (Bear), a fringe NHLER (Davidson) and a Cap Dump (Nikitin) for a young #1 Dman on a fantastic contract. It's not even slightly hyperbolic to say that is the worst trade proposal I have ever seen on any site anywhere.
