easy no from toronto. Skinners value is at an all time low between injuries, salary, and a lack of production he won't land a player like jvr unless carolina adds a lot more. He is basically a younger lupul for a the cains skilled but struggles with consistency and injuries.

This was priceless. First of all JVR is miles away in terms of value than Skinner; He's bigger, scores more goals, gets more points, has probably the best contract in the league, and is a much better player overall. Then you have Toronto ADDING A 2nd as well?

Flip the scenario and this is what it looks like

Carolina: Lupul

See how bad that is?


Then you value Hagelin as much as JVR.

Off topic, but how has Lupul not shattered a bone yet this season? Is it because he is 60% titanium at this point?
