I don't know what his value would be but let me hear you're thoughts.

To Min Bernier, Holland, 4th

To Tor Pominville, Kuemper, 3rd

- Toronto gets a 1st line RW to get Kadri-JVR going and to help score some goals. Reimer has proven for the # 1 job. They rid of Holland who hasn't fit in with Babs and upgrade the pick.

- Leafs can flip Pominville if it doesn't work out.

- Minnesota shreds a little salary and gets that 1-2 punch goalie system and Holland can provide some depth.

Not the worst, but not great either. Pominville is getting up there, but Minne wants scoring and Holland really doesn't offer that. And the picks should DEFINITELY be switched around. Kuemper > Bernier in terms of cap and value at this point, there is no reason for Minne to be giving up an earlier pick. Besides, Pom ain't exactly dead, he can still score. I imagine someone younger who can put the puck in the net would be the necessary cog to make this deal work for Minne.

Pomminville isn't enough to make the leafs win now. But he will get them some more points, limiting their odds at Mathews. Doesn't make sense for leafs.
