Both switch D with opposite handness.

Dallas gets more of a stay at home guy who can be out on the PP with his bomb of a shot.

Tampa gets a UFA, but they get a good puck mover who is right handed, exactly what Tampa is coveting. Gives them more options for the Drouin trade and/ or allocating money for free agency.

I mean. If you haven't watched him play you could say he's regressed. I guess. But really he has been pretty good for the lightning in his own end playing mostly witg Sustr.

The money he is being paid is for him to be an offensive threat you can find people in good in their own end for a lot cheaper.
