Vancouver trades Tanev and 4th (16)
NYI trades Hamonic and 4th (16)

Allows Isles to trade player to a preference destination, also gives them a similar age quality and term.
The flipping of 4th rounders is to accommodate for the slight difference in pay and the slight difference in quality, as Hamonic is deemed to be a little better than Tanev, but both are quality guys and players.

On top of that, I don't think Tanev and swappin fourths gets it done. Hamonic is the better player by more than a little and desired destination won't even it out.

Tanev will not be even remotely close to the player Hamonic is right now. Maybe this year's 1st AND Tanev might be closer.
