If Vesey is going to sign with Boston I have a proposal that makes sense for both Teams.

Anaheim Trades
Fowler

Boston Trades
Marchand
2nd Round Pick 2017

Thoughts?

Marchand scored 37 goals this year, and bring a load of tangebles to the table. how could vesey (a rookie not expected to be a star) replace him.

and on top of that you add to marchand to get fowler? nono thank you
fowler is a third dman or a 2nd if your pushing it. marchand is first line material (which pains me to say it)

I don't get how you are so far off all the time.
Marchand >>> Fowler
Marchand > Fowler, 2nd too, Boston easily says no to that.

Doubt the ducks could resign Marchand at the end of next season. Maybe if they don't resign Perron and can move one of Stoner/ Bielsa. Ducks would probably be looking for a cheaper option with some more term. Honestly for you though, this is pretty good.

Thought OP was Fowler+2nd for Marchand. Should probably make it that way. I don't think the difference between Marchand and Fowler is as big as the guys above said. Still don't think Ducks could Resign him though.

New Jersey has Bostons 2nd rounder next year for stempniak at the deadline.

I don't think its that bad of a proposal. Marchand is 28 and probably won't replicate the year he just had. If you wanted to sell high on him, now is the time. Fowler is a young top 4 D, something boston severally needs. The only bright spot on the bruins back end is Krug. Everyone else are either old and diminishing, or are bottom pairing/ borderline NHLers, or Joe Morrow who is a prospect and is still trying to develope into a full time NHLer.

I'm glad yup and Bigz understand marchands value, he's been due for a breakout year like this for awhile now and he did it with Connolly and Stempniak on his opposite wing. Also he RARELY plays powerplay time AND is a major penalty killer. I see Fowler as a top 4 dman but Marchy is no doubt worth more especially when bruins need scoring.
