Heard that the Columbus Blue Jackets are interested in Montreal forward Thomas Plekaneć.

Wennberg is a decent size, 21 year old center that just got 40 points. 40 points isn't crazy or anything but he and Jenner won't be in a deal for Pleks.

I couldn't find nothing on this trade, but I don't see pleks getting moved he will be the Habs #2 and to find a nother center most likely take the gamble on shipnakov and try and get rid of DD.

With Dubois Dubinsky and Jenner, i don't see why the jackets couldn't spare Wennberg for a veteran like Plekanec who could teach them a lot about playing 2 way and who can still put up 50 pts. There would obviously be more included with Pekanec but i do think the jackets would entertain the idea at the very least.
