RNH is younger than patches, but that doesn't make up the difference here. I think patches could get a better return that this.

Contracts and age, it's not too bad a deal straight up. Maybe slight small add in from Edm (not Nurse, Not Puljujarvi)
Patches $4.5 this and next year then a big raise Edm for resign him.
Nuge $6M this and three more years and 5 years younger.
If Nuge keeps this year up its not as bad a trade as Habs fans will come on screaming.

If they were the same age and $$. Without a doubt patches has more value straight up.

Who would be the small add? I'd like to see RNH and Benning. but then Habs would have to add on with Patches. would Chicago's 2nd do it?

Nuge + Benning for Patches + 2nd is pretty close IMO.
Would just not be good to trade Benning right now while Sekera is still out. But that trade isn't bad.
It's interesting anyways.
