I'm not an oliers dans but I respect the organisation. But the team go no where. They need big changes with the people in charges. Summer 2015

1.It's not the problem of Dallas eakins but of Babchock didn't te song with the wings it Will be perfect for them a guy with balls. But it's not sure of he stay or not .

2. Kick off the gm, the president and all the people in charges .

3. Trade Hall or Eberle or RNH for myself I will trade Eberle . I like i'm but they need to keep Hall and they need a center so .

4. Trade yakupov because of his attitude Oliers need caracter. But don't trade him for nothing he have alor of talent.

5. Find a 1 goalie Scrivens and Fasht are good but they are booth 2 goalie so . Someone like Cam Ward or I don't know. A better goalie

6. Have more caracter for the 3th and 4th Line guy with big heart and will sacrifice them self for the team.

After that the Oliers will re take the honnor they deserve. Because i'm not sure Gretzky and Messier are really proux to see that . Kevin lowe Does'nt Matter . I am a Habs fan but it'sad to see all this talent for nothing

1. Babcock wouldn't go to Edmonton. He would go to a contender.

2. Nobody in the Oilers' organization is in charges. I'm pretty sure they don't hire people who have been involved in recent criminal activity. If you mean "in charge", then maybe it is time for something new. Give Eakins one more season though.

3. Hall won't go, neither will RNH, they're both going to be stars in a couple seasons if they aren't already. Ederle and Yakupov are the most likely to go.

4. Yakupov's playing his heart out. And if you've read any Yakupov trade rumours the Oilers are saying they've been putting him in situations to make him look good. #baitingthehook

5. I think Al Montoya's due for a promotion. Probably some of the best talent in a backup goalie since Cory Schneider. If not, Ondrej Pavelec could use a fresh start and Jacob Markstrom is another option. Ilya Bryzgalov might not want to go back to EDM, seeing as they traded him to the Wild last year almost right after they signed him, but Bryz and Martin Brodeur are two FA options.

6. I don't even know what you're saying there. I'm just going to walk away from this one.

Ha al montoya is a career 2nd/3rd goalie. he's not due for anything
