Trade deadline or sooner:
MTL: E Stall-2017/5th
Car: Delarose-andrighetto-Plekanec-2016/2nd-2017/1st
Gives canes a replacement for Stall until a prospect is ready in Pleky- gives them two potential 1-3 liners most likely second liners- and two decent picks in the near future for their rebuild. Stall is (not) what he used to be so I think it would be a good idea to have a change of scenery in MTL,
MTL: 2016/1st-2018/2nd-bournival-bozon-Eller-2018/3rd
WPG: Ladd-2017/6th
I don't think WPG will resign Ladd after Big buff gets signed so here is my offer I could add more if needed.

I know those are 2 top quality players but Montreal would not give up that much youth for two expiring contracts. They would only be able to resign one of them

yeah they'd obviously sign ladd ebfore buff, unless of course he wants some ridiculous contract then they might trade him/let him walk, highly doubt that though.

Montreal needs a true top line centre because we will never know if the coach will put Galchenyuk at centre to develope eventually into a the true top line centre he is.
Montreal: Tinordi + Carr + Hudon + Desharnais + Andrighetto + Fucale + 2016 1st + 2017 1st + 2018 1st
San Jose: Couture + 2016 5th
San Jose gets a possible top four d (Mabey), four top six forwards, future starting goalie they need and Three first round picks.
This makes the Sharks way better for the future and near future they are probably not going to make the playoffs and their core is older so they need to restock for a retooling process once their veterans move on or retire (Thornton) (Marleau) (Pavelski) .

That's way to much future to give up for a guy that isn't a top star in the league. He's good. But . has he even had a 70 point season.? I know he's a good 2 way center. But I dunno. that's a lot of future to give up. Maybe I'm hesitant in those kind of trade cause of the Gomez for McDonough. That worked out well. haha.

The Montreal Canadiens really need more help up front and Edmonton needs some veteran experience on their blue line the help klefbomb and Nurse develope and also need more defencemen in the system.
Montreal: Markov + Tinordi + 1st 2016
Edmonton: Eberle + 3rd 2015
Both teams get what they need right now.

I beard CLB was looking to trade one of the young prospects for a d man and I also heard that Montreal was interested in CLB's prospect Kerby Rychel.
Montreal: pateryn + 2nd rnd pick 2016
Columbus: Rychel
They both get what they need Montreal gets a future 20-35 goal scorer and Columbus gets a physical and mobile defencemen that is a top 4 d man + a decent pick in 2016.

I didn't know Pateryn was a top 4 Dman.
He's a reliable 3rd pair guy at the moment and doesn't seem to have much potential to play in he top 4.

I think what you meant to say was that Montreal gets a great prospect that will likely be a top 6 player in the NHL and Columbus receives a career AHL defenseman and a pick.

We all know Montreal needs some more help up front so I think this will help that need.
Montreal: Tinordi, Bournival, Tokarski, Lehkonen, 2016 1st rnd pick, 2016 3rd rnd pick
Edmonton: Eberle, 2nd rnd pick 2016
Edmonton needs a goalie and a big defencemen to complement Nurse and take the pressure off him. Bournival would be a regular NHLer with the oilers and Lehkonen is a great young player that could be great for Edmonton down the road.

Sure that's a lot of stuff but they would source Eberle out for better. One solid D man or package Eberle for a game changing D man or something. Doubt they do anything close to that trade.
