Bos: kelly, koko, 2017 first, 2016 2nd
Nash: Josi

Bos: seids, subban, 2016 SJ 1st
Tor: JVR

Brings leadership and grit to 2 teams that need it and they don't have too long contracts ( Seids has 3 left I think ) plus they get good future return.

Bruins upgrade in a couple areas with manageable contracts

Bos: Loui, 2016 Bos 1st, morrow
Blues: shattenkirk

New lines

Beleskey Krej pasta
March berg JVR
Connolly spooner Hayes
Griffith kemp talbot

Chara OEL
Krug shattenkirk
Miller Mcquaid

In the ballpark?

Ezeworth

1.) 28 Aug 2015 07:39:35
In the ballpark? You traded for Josi but have OEL in your lineup, haha.

2.) 28 Aug 2015 08:57:58
JVR is the only one that's not totally lopsided.

3.) 28 Aug 2015 12:38:35
I think the bruins probably add to the shattenkirk trade but now they're also left with 0 worthwile picks over the next two drafts. and I think instead of giving the world for Josi they could target ellis and pay a little bit less. josi is LH shot and they don't have the same depth as they do for RH dmen in Nash.

4.) 28 Aug 2015 13:30:00
so your basically trading two used up forwards and a 1st for a top ten offensive defenseman in the league who is 26 years old and entering the begining of his prime (for defeseman) and whom scored 45 points in 56 games last year and was a plus 1.

he is not being traded for scraps. He is still an RFA blues hold leverage over talks and are not in cap trouble. So shatt deuces will be a blue for a very long time.

All favour Boston of course.

BOS: chara kelly spooner bos'15 3rd ( turns to phi 2nd if both resign

Chi: seabrooke, sharp

chi gets a top pair D ( so far this year chara no longer elite ) and more dpth at Center. Bruins get a littleyounger at D, while still having a legit top 2 D-man and a top line right winger. Also a much needed change

BOS: Erikson, subban, 2016 3rd

Edm: Eberle

Bruins still have cap space for this happen, edm could use blue chip G prospect and a change

LINES

Luc - krejci- sharp
Marchy - Berg - Eberle
griffith - Soderburg - smith
Paile - Campbell - pick a player :p

Hamilton - Seabrooke
Krug - Seids
Millar - Mcquaid ( morrow, Bart, trotmen

Rask
Svedberg

Bruins looking better :)

Ezeworth

1.) If they drop seabrook it's for cap so why take chara back?

2.) I agree with Oilers this is a bad trade for the blackhawkes and it fails to address the biggest problem which is the cap going into next season.

For sharp I would look for a younger player with upside maybe Reilly Smith and a pick

for seabrooke they would be able to get a contributing roster player, a blue chip prospect, and a first rounder (ex. Carl Soderberg, Joe Morrow, and a first)

These deals obviously wouldn't work with the cap which is why I don't think these two teams would work as trade partners between them both they are probably in the worst cap situations in the league going into next season

Boston: Boychuk, Kelly, spooner ,2015 2nd

Edmonton : Taylor hall

Hall said prior to his draft date he wanted to go to boston and is prob sick of losing and boston ends up with they wanted in that draft anyways. Win win

Ezeworth

1.) If he did go to Boston which I doubt he does Lucic would be going the other way

2.) 27 Sep 2014 06:54:05
win win maybe for hall and boston, definately not for the oilers organization which has to approve the trade though lol

3.) 27 Sep 2014 08:04:42
That get's you around 1 toe of Hall.
If Boston wants Hall, I think they should start with Lucic, Hamilton, Khokchalev/Spooner and a 1st.

4.) Insanely one-sided for Boston, disgustingly bad for the Oilers. Can't wait for the "makes sense for the Oilers because they are awful" posts even though they've made a lot of changes over the off-season and no one on this board has a clue how they will perform. But no one here would make such stupid claims, would they?

Oh, whoops, Shankar already did and I'm sure more morons will too. You guys are great analysts of mud. Congrats.

5.) 27 Sep 2014 17:38:30
chrip do you kno how to read? you might wanna read the comment agin bud, before you open your mouth

6.) 27 Sep 2014 17:40:47
looks liek you're the "moron who is a great analyst of mud" now eh, chirp. :D

not hard to see why peopel dislike you now

7.) Haha, misread. I'm mature enough to admit when I made an enormous mistake. Sincere apologies, Shankar.

This time. :P

And I know why I'm hated here, because I don't buy into living in a fantasyland. Don't care.

8.) @Chirp you offer great, fair and insightful comments and I rarely disagree with you, but your desire to denigrate Shankar got in way of your better judgement this time I am afraid.

9.) Chirp is still a douche lol

Boston: Boychuk, Koko, 2015 2nd

Islanders : Okposo

Think snow would do it?

Ezeworth

1.) 26 Sep 2014 04:18:34
meh maybe, snow is dumb enough to at least consider it.

2.) Spooner or maybe Joe Morrow over Koko and then u got a deal.

3.) 26 Sep 2014 11:54:27
Islanders MAY just want to add some.

4.) Okposo is a legimate top line RW who plays great with Tavares. Players like that do not get moved for role players.
