I know this draft is bad but Kylington and a mid 2nd doesn't move you from 16th to 2nd.

Philly needs young forwards or top 6c replacement for Giroux from what I have heard. You don't get that from Calgary in this deal. Philly has no interest in Kylington since their young Defense depth is good.
Something might be plausible between these two teams but wrong pieces in this deal.

In a normal draft class maybe if they retained eberles contract but the last weak draft class was 2012 so there's a big value change.
