MTL: Byron (maybe add Hudon or a 5th)
CLB: Nutivaara
1.) 13 Jun 2019 16:58:41
Add a lot more then that Nutivarra is a stud and still has potential.

Montreal: Danault
Calgary: Brodie
1.) 04 Jun 2019 15:24:35
Ik people say Habs need a good LD but I’d rather keep Danault, he’s a great 2way C that can shutdown opponents top lines while also putting up 40-60 points.
2.) 05 Jun 2019 02:11:18
Danault has become too valuable of a player for Habs. I would not make this deal unless Flames throw in Bennett.

There's some rumours that Pittsburgh is going to be blowing up the roster this summer and along with the fact that Montreal may make a big push for Matt Duchene I think this trade could make sense if they sign Duchene
Montreal: Philip Danault
Pittsburgh: Olli Maatta
Tatar-Duchene-Gallagher
Drouin-Koktaniemi-Domi
Lehkonen-Suzuki-Shaw
Byron-Poehling-Armia
Hudon-Weal-Thompson
Maatta-Weber
Mete-Petry
Kulak-Juulsen
Reilly-Brook

No from Montreal Matta fell of a cliff.
2.) 16 May 2019 03:42:42
Danault is a pretty good player, young, good contract. think it would be a bad idea to trade him for a project guy you hope gets back on track.
3.) 16 May 2019 09:48:32
Danault is now our Plekanec . and he was a good player. This was Bergevin best trade IMO. he won't trade him away.
4.) 16 May 2019 12:43:12
I feel Danault could fetch more
5.) 18 May 2019 21:01:11
A few years ago I would have said yes but now I would rather draft some young left handed defensemen and keep Danault. He's a guy that can be a very good 3rd liner and a good and temporary 2nd line center.
6.) 19 May 2019 00:38:28
I could've swore danault was montreals #1 center last year.

Montreal : Alzner + Hudon
Edmonton: Lucic + puljujarvi
1.) 09 May 2019 14:57:07
No wtf lol.
2.) 09 May 2019 16:10:33
Lucic can't go to MTL after spearing groins in the playoffs a few years back.
3.) 09 May 2019 20:38:53
Edmonton adds #8 and Montreal adds there 1st.
4.) 10 May 2019 05:54:47
Do not all these players suck? Why would either team make this trade? Edmonton has so very many defense make too much money. Now they need most overpaid AHL defenseman too? Lucic has no words left to be described for him. He is so very bad. He only gets points when he is lucky and the other team has flu sickness and play backups goalie. He cannot score goals but only into empty net.
5.) 11 May 2019 02:08:24
As a habs fan I would never ever touch that we have lots of bottom 6 wingers and I value puljujarvi like a 3rd round pick so ummmm no hell no.
22 Feb 2019 23:19:13
Montreal: Hudon + 5th round pick 2019
Washington: Burakovsky
Bergeron said last time the ask was lehkonen and he stopped that call right there so Hudon (23) and Burakovsky (24) both are around the same age have got 30ish pts before, both not having a great season and could use a change of scenery and systems but Hudon isn't quite as good so he adds one of the three 5th round picks this year.
1.) 23 Feb 2019 00:47:43
Dumb for caps imo.
2.) 23 Feb 2019 02:11:25
If the caps were intending on making another deal and needed to clear some cap it might make sense.

Just a look at some current/ future line projections and possible prospects to be excited for as a habs fan! Definitely a lot of other good prospects that could make a splash too
1.) 17 Dec 2018 19:08:38
Jayne. I don't see any of the prospects making the team in 19. I do see maybe Evans and Fluery being injury call ups, while they develop on AHL.
Although none of those players are SuperStars. I believe one, has stardom potential that being Josh Brook. The future does look really good for Habs, and it seems that the Scouting staff has done a much better job. still these guys have to play .
Very excited to watch World Jr. as we will get to see many of the players you mentioned.!
2.) 17 Dec 2018 22:11:04
I can possibly see poehling and suzuki making next years team. the rest are at least another year away. evans might get a chance if there are a few injuries. It's really hard right now to pick who is the better prospect out of poehling suzuki and brook all 3 should be can't miss nhl players the rest are still a work in progress though.
