Oilers: RNH + Russell
Blue Jackets: Jenner + Savard
Oilers need a right hand dman. Savaged would be great and his and Russell's salary are almost the same. Plus, Russell is a guy who Torterla would love.
RNH is a centreman that the Jackets would like and need. Jenner can play centre or wing. Play on third line on Oilers bf bring some energy to that line.

Similar struggles. Maybe new team would help their production. Yes, I know that Oilers just got strome and needs more time to adjust, but Reinhardt definitely needs a new scene.

Same struggles? Lol Reinhart is 2 and a half years younger, and played 90 less NHL games and only has 4 less goals. Not even close to worth it for the sabres to give up on Reinharts potential. He’s got a chance to still be really good at 22. Strome May get better, but he’s a lot less likely to live up to his hype now that he’s going to be 25 by seasons end than Reinhart is.

Yes Nurse. Faulk is s proven top 2 def. Drai had a good season and one good playoff series. During the Sharks series, he was invisible. Nurse is s bottom pair def with great physical attributes and Lindholm is an unproven but potentially good forward.

It blows my mind after reading a considerable amount of these rumours. They really like nuge, he plays against all the top lines and has become an outstanding defensive player, McClellan knows exactly where he fits. As far as nurse they have held a rope on him to really get his act together in his own end. This young fellow gets 40 points this year. they are not trading either one of these guys. Dria, is still a work in progress nothing more or less, he signs for 6.5.

1. Oilers do not want Strome and his attitude and 40 something
percent faceoff percentage.
2. Dreaming if you think that Edm would send Eberle over for this
let alone add their 1st to get a prospect. Try Pouliot in
place of Eberle if he survives the Vegas draft.
3. To attain Eberle Delete Poluck Strome, Oilers 1st and add
Hamonic and an Oilers 3rd and you have a fair trade for all.
Edm Eberle + 3rd in a sad draft year.
NYI Hamonic + 2nd in a sad draft year.
4. In spite of a down year for Eberle, THE TEAM exceeded
expectations this year and Islanders missed the playoffs. Team
chemistry means a lot more than 1 individual player and

this trade. Especially to get back dressing room poison with
a sadder faceoff % then what's already in Edm and a paltry 30

The only way Oilers should sign Russell is to a one year $4m contract. If not, then sign Campbell or Markov to a one year $4 m contract. This will allow the Oilers to start the season without sekera.

You say compare eberle to eakin. You should compare 3rd overall to the 22nd that's why 6 is really bad. Eberle doesn't let u jump up the draft that much even in a so called weak draft. If dalas is willing to trade the 3rd overall i'm sure they get a better and more well rounded player than eberle.
Maybe silverberg for the 3rd overall is a better deal. Dallas gets a solid winger and Anaheim gets a good prospect and have an easier time with the expansion draft protecting getzlaf, perry, kesler, rakell, folwer vatanen, lindholm and bieksa. Anaheim probably add here but what do you guys think.

Draistal is a number one centre on any team. The only reason in edm he isn't is because of Mcdavid. Oilers trade draistal, they expect a number one dman.
