Change the 7 to a first and make the fifth a third and you got a deal. Lazar isn't worth much and Ceci is decent but not worth most of Landy. Thefirst needs to be included in order to make Col think about that one.

I believe the Avs would prfer Wideman over Ceci the way they are both playing this year. Wideman has better puck control but Ceci is tougher. In the long run Ceci will come out of this training and be hos own man to be the defense we all thing he should be.

I would switch Ottawa's 7th for Ottawa's 3rd and Avs 4th

Leftover pieces won't net Colorodo's captain.

Something more along the lines of subbing the 7th with unconditional 1st, deletion of the 5th by Colorado and Turris instead of Lazar might get the convo started.

Would like to see Ottawa improve, but Colorado won't probably even look at the left over pieces in this original proposal for their captain as a feasible deal.

I agree with you that Lazar is a leftover piece but you must be on pills to say that Ceci is. he's not worth Landy but he's still a decent top 4.Him, Lazar and a first would do it for Landy. Changing Turris for Lazar is stupid for Ottawa. Turris alone is almost worth Landy

Yea no he is not I never did she was. But he isn't far off when you think of it. he's only 3 years older gets around the same amounts of points and is a two way center. Their might be a second that separate them but not much. i'd take Turris before Landy tbh

Gonna need a lot more than that from the sens. If that 7th turns into a first it's closer, but with the way Lazar has played this year it's unlikely they take that

Turris is worth Landeskog. Landy stopped improving ahead of schedual and Turris is such a clutch player. He's a two-way foward with higher production than Landeskog. He's not as big ok but he's a center.

Landeskog isn't even worth everything in that trade. Ceci straight up would be more than enough to get Landy. Taylor hall was landed straight up for Adam Larsen and if you want to compare players hall out ranks Landy while ceci out ranks Larsen.
