I am not convinced Buffalo would do it. And for the Leafs, It's like taking one step forward, then two steps back.
McDavid is going to be a generational player, but he also needs a team around him.

Chirp you are correct. The only way Murray would trade McDavid is for a kings ransom similar to Leafhate_fo_losers post for Lindros, who is going to do that? Even Eichel has that cocky edge that may make him want to outperform McDavid so he also would only be traded for more than one could imagine.
