CGY: Hathaway, Engelland, 3rd rounder
For
PIT: Fleury, 5th rounder

These teams have been in talks before the all-star break regarding getting Fleury moved.

CGY: Elliott, Stajan
For
WPG: Trouba, Stafford

Elliott was not the greatest fit in the Flames scheme. Them adding fleury leaves room to move a goalie, and with the Jets nets needing more stability this is a good go to. Draft picks may be thrown in there by both teams also.

WPG: Pavalec
For:
CBJ: 3rd rounder

Good insurance piece to back up Bobrovsky in the playoffs, and with an overflow of goalies Pavalec is the most moveable.

DAL: Sharp
For
TB: Bishop

The Stars goaltending is dwindling quickly. This trade may happen before the end of February my sources tell me.

STL: Shattenkirk
For
EDM: Russell, Benning, 2nd rounder

A top 3 defender for the Oilers to help solidify a future perennial playoff team.

DET: 3rd rounder
For
NYI: Halak

Detroit will be looking to add some veteran net presence with Howard on the shelf. Quick and easy pick up in Halak for them. Look for Howard to be waived and head to Philadelphia, Buffalo, Carolina or even Tampa Bay with the Wings retaining some salary.

ARI: Doan
For
NYR: 2nd rounder

Doan finally leaves his long term team in a Martin St. Louis style deal for the Rangers.

COL: Duschene
For
NSH: Wilson, Irwin, 1st rounder

The Predators add a highly skilled forward to help push themselves deep into the playoffs.

VAN: D. Sedin, H. Sedin
For
NJ: Zajac, Palmieri, 1st rounder

The twins will be moved to try and finally ignite the struggling Devil's offence. My sources say the Canucks have been in talks with Eastern Conference teams since last season about a trade of this magnitude, and now it looks like it may happen.

PIT: 2nd rounder
For
FLA: Jagr

The ageless Jagr is going home!

Im fairly certain you have no perception of value what so ever

2.) 01 Feb 2017 15:06:30
Armstrong says hell to the no then politely hangs up the phone while laughing untill he has a stroke and the blues replace him as well.

3.) 01 Feb 2017 15:12:52
Wrong in so many ways.

4.) 01 Feb 2017 15:24:52
1. Calgary's capped out and can't take on Fleury's salary
2. Not a prayer, Calgary adds a player of actual value.
3. Feasible
4. Dallas already has a tandem of tenders and doesn't need a 3rd.
5. 2 Dmen for a Rental is too much and Edmonton does not have a 2nd
rounder in 2017.
6&7 Feasible
8. Not enough for Duschene
9. Cap is there for Jersey. But their not in the playoff race so
attaining old vets probably won't happen.
10. Wouldn't that be nice to see ol Jagr go home to Pitts. Fans
would love it!

Not a single one of these is even close. Do you really want to be hated as much as the real Pierre?

6.) 01 Feb 2017 16:54:18
Carolina will get a big name out of Colorado.

7.) 01 Feb 2017 17:02:22
I stopped reading after those brutal Flames proposals. Not a chance Calgary gets those trades wow

8.) 01 Feb 2017 20:10:27
You must be the legit Pierre if you think this is good

9.) 01 Feb 2017 21:27:18
I loled at the NJ one, wouldn't trade any one of those pieces straight up for the 2 Sedins. They just don't fit what we are trying to build

10.) 02 Feb 2017 19:19:10
1. If I were Calgary I would jump at this one, however they will need to get r rid of Wideman, and find a #4 defensman.
2. Edmonton would do well to pick up Shattenkirk to solidify a week defence which has been their problem for years.
3. Not a Leafs fan but I would not trade anyone accept JVR, Shanni has them going in the right direction.
4. I believe there are a number of teams that need to do wh at Toronto (can't believe I am saying this) and Edmonton finally did, do a complete take down and start all over again. Calgary and Boston have done partial take downs and leaves them in the middle of the pack on draft day, you need to suffer short term pain for long term gain. What out for Toronto in a couple years!

11.) 08 Feb 2017 23:12:50
These are so far from possible, there is no thought process whatsoever.

Hathaway and Engelland for Fluery? Who trades a legitimate starting goalie for two grinder/ fighters?

Trouba trade isn't even close. He is a legit top 4 defenseman that's only 22. Win has been holding out for a left handed D man of similar age and aren't going to do it for a thirty something average goalie and a top 9 forward.

Let me skip to the Devs trade. They are rebuilding, why would they trade a top 6 forward and a good 2nd line or great 3rd line center. For two 36 year olds on their decline. This wouldn't be a trade without the 1st, then you throw that in and it's a total joke.
