1.) Tarasenko and oshie have way different values. It can't be "tarasenko or oshie" it has to be one or the other. Berglund along with tarasenko and a 2nd for kessel is an over payment by St. Louis.
2.) Blues won't be trading Tarasenko any time soon.

I guess most of you Leaf fans will disagree with me, but I'm pretty sure STL would trade Tarasenko straight up for Kessel. Simple as that.
4.) Not a chance STL would trade tarasenko for kessel. Tarasenko is due for a new contract but it will still be for a better cap hit than kessels. Plus tarasenko plays a better all around game. can't see kessel and Hitch getting along either

The blues will lock him up till his last rfa then sign him long term 8 years just like they did with Petro and shatty and all our other players. we have so many contracts falling off our books plus the 4 mill estimated cap increase. as for russian tank that is Vladimir Tarasenko's nick name from the KHL. Cause at the age of 16 he seemed like a tank willing to get into the dirty areas and battle for the puckalso because has a nasty shot.

@russian tank: I sure meant wouldnt, I think the context makes much much more sense with wouldnt. It isn't even overvalueing the Blues, Tarasenko is one of the best players in the NHL right now and might even stay there for a heck of a time.
