just cause OEL and kane make the same money doesn't mean they are = players.
one is a noris candidate, while the other is an average top 6 forward.

florida nd arizoa are relatively stable now with new owersip and arena leases so I can't see any team moving in the near future. I think expansion is more likely than a team moving, but even that's likely at least 3 years away
