Oilers NEED Gleason, but Perrons name won't be coming back. I think Eberle for Gardiner, Gleason and a prospect makes a lot of sense, Schultz and Gardiner were simply an electric duo in NCAA, and Gleason can move well and punish better. Both teams would not look back on this one IMO.
