I don't think Edmonton has the lead often enough for him to be effective if that's the case, but take out the 2nd and it's pretty close.

Not sure why we do this trade when we have clones of Gaustad named Gordan and Hendricks. Also I would never give a 2nd for Gaustad.

Too much for gaustad IMO. He's overpaid, and sure he is great on face offs, defensively, and hitting. He can't do much offensively. You don't give that money to someone who is a bottom 6 player. But Edmonton could definitely use him. Maybe arcobello and a 3rd. A 2nd rounder for a bottom six player is too much IMO

Gaustad is no more a 2nd line center than Gordon is. Oil are better off retaining Arcobello and using him at #2.

Chirp, I never said he was a 2nd liner. And yeah after I posted it. It was obvious to me that a 2nd is too much. And it is probably going to be early.
