Monahan
Giordano

Toronto Trades
Kadri
Franson
Biggs

Calgary gets a more gifted offensive Centre in kadri whom BB Drafted, Franson gives Calgary a RHanded shooting DMan which balances right and left shooters, and Biggs is someone again who BB Drafted and is still high on being a NHL future Player.
Toronto gets a young 2 way Centre more the type of Player Carlyle likes in Monahan, and Giordano and Phaneuf are back together as a Top pairing Defence unit.

Thoughts?

Please stop Monahan and Giordano are not being traded and will definitly fetch more than that

and biggs doesn't help make up the diference.

Kadri is not better than Monahan. Giordano is better than Franson and Biggs has no trade value. This trade clearly favors Toronto

^ Right now, Kadri IS BETTER than Monahan. That is a fact. That MIGHT be different in the future, but not right now.

kadr is better atm, yes, but monahan carries more trade value. its like saying let's trade phaneuf for ekblad + something because phaneuf RIGHT NOW would be the better player, it doesn't make sense.

Absolutely makes no sense for CGY. Also Gio wouldn't wave his NTC for the Leafs. Plus he's the leader and best Player in CGY atm.

How many Trades do you see that make sense?
If the Leafs add a 1st Round Pick in 2015 does it make it more believable?
I just threw it out there the only Trades I see from the Leafs right now are Cap Trades.
Orr and probably Ashton are gone as Ashton has to go through Waivers to be sent down

@Pinball The trades should make sense for both Teams. ATM the trade just isn't an upgrade for Calgary. Sure Kadri produced more Points than Monahan but they Flames are in a rebuild, so it's not necessary for CGY to trade Monahan cause he's still developping and they try to build the Team around him. IDK in my opinion now this trade makes no sense for the Flames.

This honestly the worst trade proposal I've ever see nowhere. When you type this out, do you stop and think that this is actually plausible? Or is this just unrealistic fun?
