4 things that already are bad about this trade.

1.The teams might resign their players.

For example Niemi, there is a very big chance he is going to be resigned because they don't have a starter.

2. Who would want to sign with a team that's the last in the NHL?

3. Edmonton doesn't have the salary cap

4. They can't call up Larsen because you can't 'callup' players from the KHL.
He signed a 1.4m dollar contract with the KHL. Which is way more than he ever got in the NHL.

Players would want to come to edmonton cause they know they are willing to pay them cause there desperate.

@Edmonton14 that sentence doesn't make sense. But i'm going to try to unscramble it.

1. Well, any team is willing to pay their players for a contract. (duh)

2. Like I said, Edmonton doesn't have the cap space. Today, right now they have 6.2 million dollars in cap space.
They resign couple of players and that 6.2 turns into 4.2.

3. Other teams like Buffalo could offer them more. Buffalo has 18.9m in cap space.
