Okay just before I start the trades. Let me just say one thing.
Andrei Vasilevskiy is good and has potential. A lot. But the way Draisaitl_94 describes him makes him look like he is going to be a legend. Everybody thought the same thing about Rick DiPietro and he went #1 overall.

To Colorado: J.Garrison
To Tampa Bay: 2015 5th

Colorado in need of a good defenseman.
(Lets not forget Tampa Bay got him for a 6th and already make a profit)

To LA: 2016 6th
To Colorado: Jeff Schultz

Adds grit and size to the Colorado blue-line.

To Buffalo: Ryan O'Reilly
To Colorado: Tyler Myers, 2015 4th

Garrison was traded for a 2nd, know your stuff.

2.) 31 Jan 2015
Wasn't there a second involved in the garrison trade. thought tampa sent a second for him

3.) 31 Jan 2015
IMO the Myers for O'Reily trade rumors are unfounded. With McEichel joining Reinhart next season and Grigorenko just behind Girgensons, which line will O'Reiley center?

lol @ garrison for a 5th

5.) 31 Jan 2015
Ryan O'Reilly could play the wing. He is a very versatile player and can play any forward position.

I love how you say something about me and Vasilevski but then he doesn't appear in one of the trades? wtf

Oh and all the above are right: Garrison was traded for 50th overall (2nd rd pick).
So a 5th is obviously a bs proposal. Especially since Gudas and Carle just went down for longer periods of time.
Do some research before posting stuff, bro.

@returnofrealisticleafsfan you are absolutely correct about O'Reiley, he could play wing. IMO Murray would want more for Myers than just O'Reiley. I am not saying Myers is worth more than that, just Murray will want more.

Haha ya I agree with Drais. Why even mention Vasilevski? And if people can say Gibson will be a phenom we can say the same about Vasilevski, who actually placed higher on pre season prospect lists and hasn't really done anything to take that away from him.

As for Garrison. the guy has helped solidify Tampa's D. He has been great this year and is needed more than ever with them trying to compete and Gudas and Carle out. In what world does a guy who is under contract and can play top 4 minutes without a bank breaking cap hit only return a 5th? I would say he is near untouchable. Not because he is that good, obviously not too good to be traded, but because this team needs D men right now and is set to compete, and losing him without upgrading at the position would hurt the team a lot.

@sbr2017, I didn't mention anything of O'Reilly's value or the Myers for O'Reilly trade proposal. I was simply replying to you about your statement that Buffalo Sabres don't need center man and that it doesn't make sense for them to trade for O'Reilly. He's a great two way player that can play in any forward position and can play in the power play and penalty kill, that's all what I was trying to say.

@returnofrealisticleafsfan sorry for the confusion. The first sentence was directed to your remark, the sencond to the trade. I should have made that more clear.

Jason Garrison traded from Vancouver Canucks with rights to Jeff Costello and round 7 pick in the 2015 draft to Tampa Bay Lightning for round 2 pick in the 2014 draft (Roland McKeown). Courtesy of Hockeydb.
