Dont know if Kessel would waive his NTC to go to the Peg but its a type of Trade I believe the Leafs would make if the Jets are interested.

Thoughts?

Jets say no. toronto says no.

toronto has started a rebuild they don't have the pieces in place to compete and they know that so they want to get younger through prospects and picks. This trade doesn't do that for them.

As for winnipeg they have had great success when those guys are playing well and they are their core guys so it doesn't make much sense to trade them.

i could se winnipeg possibly considering it, but more than likely refusing. only due to their recent slide would they consider it.

but toronto wouldn't as buffy and wheeler aren't the age of player that they'd be looking for.

First off, Buff is a guy that 95% of the teams in the league want, kessel is a guy that 80% of teams in the league don't want right now. and that pretty much kills that deal!

lol buffy isn't a frree agent at the end fo the year. he isn't a free agent for 3 more years I believe.
