Considering the fact that Carey price is the best player in the nhl for a lot of people would you trade him for

Blues : tarasenko,pietrangelo, allen
Mon: price and gallagher, Beaulieu

Mon: price gallagher, sekac
Phillie: sandheim, Giroux, voracek
Mon: sign brother

Mon: price, gilbert
Win : wheeler, trouba, Lemieux,pavelec
Or mon sign brother

First price is not the best player in the league he is a great player but not the best. Rinne has arguably been just as good this year and plays against harder teams in the west with more regularity. then there's sidney crosby and jonathan toews . as for the trades

Blues say no as they give up two of the leagues brightest stars on both forward and defence and a very good goalie prospect in net. Price is amazing but gallagher isn't close to tarasenkos skill level and beaulieu doesn't even come close to Pietrangelo.

Philly says no also because if they gave away giroux and voracek their team would be awful even if price was their goalie. They wouldn't be able to score and they would still have poor defence.

Winnipeg also says no Hutchinson is young and has played lights out this year. They should stick with him and see how he does. After that they give up to much talent from their roster

these trades don't make sense for any of the other teams and it doesn't make sense for montreal to do this either. It would be a patrick roy situation all over again.

So you're saying if you have the best player in the world you should trade him? Any trade with Price, Montreal loses

3.) 22 Feb 2015
Of course it Will never happen but its always more easy to replace a goalie!

The whole point is that if saint Louis do that trade they still got a bether team then Montréal with price so you put Carey with a team like the blues your almost garanted to win the cup This year! Cause winning the Stanley cup is goal right?

He's probably been the most valuable player to his team this year but he isn't the best player in the NHL

Yes I sound biased but he has been the best in the nhl this year, the habs are in bottom third for shots and close to last in shots against, but because o price their goals aloud is 2.19 the best in the league, he also leads the nhl in save percentage and GAA on a team with little up front, @tmlleafs rinne has a really good team in fron of him on offesnse and on defense and is doing worse than price so there you have it (by the way don't lie trades cause are not even equal and willmake both teams worse)
