MTL : Devante Smith-Pelley

ANA: Jiri Sekac

1.) 24 Feb 2015
I'm going to mark 'UNBELIEVABLE' because I STILL can't believe Anaheim did this. What a steal for Montreal!

2.) 24 Feb 2015
Not a rumor, literally just happened

3.) 24 Feb 2015
Good trade but sekac is going to be a good player is the right fit

4.) 24 Feb 2015
Love it

5.) 24 Feb 2015
Anh did not learn form picking up silverberg, really happy habs fan here

6.) 24 Feb 2015
Hey habs fans what do you think of the trade? Just from watching DSP play a few times he looks like he'll be a great player & hits a lot. Haven't really watched Sekac play to much so don't know about him to much. I think habs won the deal anyways

7.) 24 Feb 2015
Why are Habs fans so happy lol? Smith-Pelly is a great player and will help this playoff run, but its Sekac's first year in the league and he looks determined to succeed. In the right place he could blossom into a 30 goal scorer while Smith-Pelly will never be that type of player

Sekac has the potential of a scorer, Smith-pelly just seems like a hitter that will score a couple goals, sekac, silvferberg, Perry, getzlaf, kesler, cogliano is pretty nice

9.) 24 Feb 2015
If Sekac gets a long look on the left wing with Getzlaf and Perry and he does anything with it this will quickly look like a lopsided trade.

sekac as no puck control lack of confidence and is not that fast and will hardly get 20 goal a year. I don't know if u guys remember jan bulis. THEY ARE TWIN

Don't understand why people think Sekac is a scorer. he has some skill/talent, but he's more of a 3rd line player. He's a checker/penalty killer, he's never produced points at any high level, & he only had 11 goals in the KHL last season was named their top defensive player
