Gardiner, Bernier, Mclaren & Nashville's 1st rounder for T.Hall

Trade unites Schultz & Gardiner, gives the Oil a talented starter in net and a good pick. Mclaren will add behavior adjustments for ones who may zero in on the Oil's youthful players. Leafs get to make the News for a good reason.

B.Seabrook for T.Purcell & Pens 1st rounder

Saves Hawks some cap space, gets Chicago a nice forward who can play any line, option to move Sharp or Versteeg, plus a good pick. Gets Oilers a much needed experienced anchor on defense.

WAY WAY too steep for Edmonton on Hall. He really shouldn't be considered in trade bait from Edmonton. He is the best Oiler currently and probably the best left winger in the game with a HUGE career a ahead of him. Plus his style is perfect to play along McDavid. But even if he were available, this would be rediculously too little to get back for him.

drais, winning fantasy has given you delusions again.

nylander rielly or jvr would be the main piece in a trade for hall, not the add on with bernier and dion, regardless of what you think of those players, theyd easily be best at their positions on the oilers.

hall is injury prone. he can be as good as gretzky, but doesn't do much good playing 2/3 of games.

I don't see Dion, Gardiner is mentioned above. And not even on the Oilers is Gardiner the best defenseman, haha.
I meant, start with any of those 3 (maybe 2 of those 3) and add from there.
