Montreals giving up way to much on these trades

It may look like Montreal is giving up too much on these trades but how does the new line up look? Improved and on the right track towards ultimate Stanley cup goal.
I would rather not throw in Mccarron in Sharp trade but many teams will be looking to acquire Sharp and this is what I believe Montreal needs to include to get the trade done.
I would like to keep the 1st round pick instead of including in O'Reilly trade but Montreal needs to improve quality at centre to take that next step in the playoffs, O'reilly is younger and has more offensive upside then Plekanac, Plekanec has done very well over the years for Montreal but sometimes you have to give up some very good talent to improve your team's talent depth.

I'm sorry, it sounded like you said they give up too much?

A lot of role players don't equal first line players
