EXPLANATION
Pittsburgh is setting up for a cup run with the Kessel trade. Only problem is a goalie who is a proven flopper. Jets are a good enough team to make the playoffs with Pavelec, so they would still see Fleury as an upgrade. Schneider is just wasting away his prime in New Jersey, and he would be the final piece in the puzzle for the Penguins. The Devils would get a goalie average enough to carry them through their rebuild, plus a high-level prospect to play with Zacha

Pens need better dmen as they are depleted, not another goalie and an goalie with a ridiculous contract who should very well be a backup
