to New Jersey
Ho-Sang

to New York (Islanders)
Cammaleri

EXPLANATION
Islanders and Ho-Sang aren't off to a great start. Islanders also already have a decent prospect pool, which the Devils do not. Devils do not really need any good players right now, for they are rebuilding. Cammaleri fills a hole on LW for the Islanders, whose 1st line left winger would be Bailey or Kulemin otherwise.

I disagree, Ho-Sang looked pretty good in camp.

I don't think it's terrible I just don't think it's a good idea for Islanders to take on Cammys Cap. i'm sure Ho Sang would like a change of scenery. Not off to a good start in NYI.

Lol. Nelson or Lee would be top line LW. Just because they have great prospects, doesn't mean they have to trade them. If they wanted Cammy, they would've signed him last year. Ho Sang has incredible talent. I don't have a doubt in my mind that he'll learn his lesson. He's worth much more than that.

Ho-Sang had the potential to be a top-5 pick, but his selfishness took him out of the running. It was well known that whichever team drafted him could have their hands full and would need to work hard to get an attitude adjustment. The Isles are a team on the upswing and a desired destination these days as they look primed to take a run in the playoffs over the next couple years. And here comes Josh Ho-Sang sauntering in late for the first day of camp? Hell no.

The Isles did exactly what they should have in sending him back immediately. That's the kind of treatment that arrogant toddler needs. He needs to know his place in that relationship and Snow handled it perfectly.

The kid could be a horse of a player in a few years, but he's one that needs breaking. And that's no reason to trade him away. Snow needs to go to Niagara and have a sit-down with him and explain why he was sent back and what the future expectations of him are. The kid isn't dumb, but he is still a kid and he needs some maturing. I actually think this was a good first step for both parties because maybe he'll realize that he isn't going to get a free pass.

No to the trade. It helps nobody.

Ho sang was not make no the team this year, but has looked fantastic in rookie camp and juniors. Because he was late isles should trade a great prospect for an un needed middle six aging forward. Get real ycoiley you have lots of bad trades but this may be the worst.

Completely agree with Chirp. Ho-Sang is going to be an unreal player. He was probably headed back to Juniors anyways. Give him a year of dominating the OHL and send Snow, the head coach, and Tavares to see him at seasons end to talk to him. He needs guidance.

Go-Sang is not, and probably won't be a NHL player. Enough talent but A ton of holes in his game, strength, size & attitude all absent in addition. A KHL ticket and 2 years traveling in frozen propeller planes is needed. Then just maybe he will mature & be ready to turn pro, real pro.
