With no 1st in possibly this year or next and a very thin prospect pool I doubt the Penguins move Sprong as he is one of their better prospects. Not that the values off Russel would be great with Pitts.

When i Say one of the best defensemen in the league, i don't mean like doughty, Erik karlsson, Or Hedman.

I Think He's Pretty good.

Everybody is probably thinking that i mean one of the best players in the league, like top five.
Not top five players.

The Best Players in the league are probably like Stamkos, Kane, ovechkin, Crosby, And more, like Kopitar and seguin.

Sprong was a steal for the pens last year in the 2nd round. he's going to be a legit sniper for them. No way pens trade him.
