Edmonton needs a DMan like PK and some may feel its an overpayment but sometimes Teams need to so they can get that player.

Montreal needs to shed some Salary for Cap Reasons with 17 players signed and 10.5 million left if the Cap goes to 74 million.
They are not in a full rebuild but they still need to make changes for the now and future with Prospects and Salary, this type of Trade does this.

For that deal to work, it starts with Draisitl, Nurse or klefbom and the 4OA. Not yakupov and reinhart.

i don't think its over valuing subban, its more a question of is montreal willing to trade there best dman for a couple of guys who haven't proven to be sure fire impact players yet?

So Rembrown would Trade PK for Drasaitl, Klefbom or Nurse plus 4th OA?
Maybe if Edmonton's Mangement staff is drunk, why not change it a bit and exchange McDavid for Drasaitl after all PK is just like Bobby Orr in your mind.

I'm just saying that if you want a top 5 defense in the league, you have to overpay cause they are wayyyyy harder to get than fowards. And btw, if Pk leaves, we have a big hole at D so yeah you guya got to overpay.

Lol Rembrown means that in order for the habs to trade Subban, they would need to get a pretty lopsided deal. Plus, of Subban is on the market, expect a bidding war, so teams will have to overpay for him.

Yak and Rienhart are worth Eller and Emelin, Oils need to include Draistal to get Subban, but Habs should pass anyway since Subban would be the best player involved.
