Reimer is a UFA on July 1. I would personally just wait. I'd also take a run at Fleury overy Reimer.

True Fleury is a more proven goalie, but his playoff performance leaves something to be desired and he's 32 now. Reimer is quite a few years younger and has shown a lot of promise, despite having his career mostly buried on a terrible leafs team

Reimer costs the Flames money, Fleury will cost more money and assets.

I'd take Reimer, give him a shot.
