To WIN- Sekera (would need to lift his NTC) Caleb Jones, 2017 1st
With the expansion draft we would need to get rid of Sekera and his NTC So the oilers aren't backed into a corner having to protect people. Oilers add another prospect maybe? I think Trouba loses value if he asked for the trade.

Sekera, Jones and a first might be a little much.

I do like the idea of sending off Sekera, but that would look horrible on Edmontons part to sign a FA and then send them off after 1 year.

And why I say it's a little much is because well a 1st could very well be top 15, and Jones is really solidifying himself as a top prospect in Edmonton.

It's just my opinion tho.

Winnipeg won't trade a top pairing RH def for scraps guys. And, Chia showed the league what he's willing to give up for a lesser player.

I think Jones would have to be switched with Simpson or osterle and edm would have to protect the pick.
