Toronto: JVR + 2nd + Tobias Lindberg + Jeremy Bracco
Winnipeg: Trouba
Anaheim: Fowler + Rakell

Toronto: Trouba + Rakell
Winnipeg: Fowler + Jeremy Bracco
Anaheim: JVR + 2nd Round Pick + Tobias Lindberg

Toronto get a RHD to play with Reilly and a good young C/ RW. Anaheim gets a LW to play on the top line and a high 2nd Round Pick and an almost NHL ready prospect. Winnipeg receives a LHD and a good prospect. They then have enough prospects that they could use some as trade bait. Toronto would have to clear up cap space to sign both RFAs.
I think it fills needs for each team.

Anaheim loses big time. And Toronto are clear winners. This isn't realistic.

Great for leafs, bad for ducks. Not terrible for jets. But it doesn't happen.

Rakell's Rights = High 2nd (Probably top 5)
Fowler = JVR + Lindberg

Anaheim has 2 RFAs, Lindholm and Rakell, the former having priority over the later. They have about 7.52 Mil in cap space and Lindholm is due 5.5-6 mil. That leaves Rakell 1.5-2 mil and he is worth around 3.5 mil. They can't sign both unless they clear up cap. Rakell is talking to KHL teams so Anaheim could lose him for nothing so a high 2nd seems fair. Anaheim fills a need by acquiring a top line LW. Fowler will always be on the 2nd pairing behind Lindholm. Theodore may even take that spot and force Fowler to play on the right side. Anaheim has a surplus of LHD so they can afford to give one up to fill a need.
IMO Anaheim does not lose. They fill a need without creating another one. They also avoid losing Rakell for nothing (Keep in mind rights to a player are worth a lot less than a player with a contract) . Same for Winnipeg. It doesn't matter if Toronto wins as long as every team is happy and thinks they have improved.
