Would take three Sergachev's to start the Tavares convo. He's going to be the piece anyone starts trade talks with. I'm guessing either way, either team, he's gone if the Habs want a elite NHL ready player

I agree with Fair Trade4all, I like the deal, but would rather keep Pleky for playoff run so swap with Desharnais and maybe instead of Shergachev, put up Juulsen and add 2nd rounder and make it a conditional 1st rounder.
