I know it's crazy . But if the Habs whant John Tavares . What it's the price for him? We need to considerer Garth Snow like a team craper . But we CAN touch Subban and Price .Because Tavares is a élite player like Crosby, Malkin, Stamkos but in a team like the Islanders he waste is time . Si I ask you what Habs offer for the Islanders for Tavs? Realistic

1. I don't think they trade Tavares.
2. You only get those players if you vastly overpay
3. The starting point would probably be Galchenyuk, Gallagher, Pacioretty, Fucale, Beaulieu and some 1sts OR Price or Subban + a little bit

But if the Habs would give up that much, Tavares would have nobody to play with. so this will just never happen

Probably looking at Patches + Galch. Very good first line centre with a very good contract. Islanders would want a good piece now and good piece for future.

The other deal Would be Subban +. I don't think the Isles would really want to trade Tavares for Price, with Halak they have a good enough goalie signed and every year there seems to be a couple good goalies going to ufa.
