Sure, it's a business.
Super displeasing your captain and franchise player still isn't the most clever thing to do. So, Jordie won't be traded, pretty sure.
2.) Nuevirth for Ales Hemsky, Jordie Benn IMO the talent exchange is fair and I know the Stars can use a back up GK, can Jim Nill trade a RW and a D-man and would Murray take two mature players? Maybe Murray could add to get a decent prospect in return.

was just going to say what draisaitl said. it is a business, and in a business some people have more pull than others, and in DAL Jamie Benn has more than enough to ensure jamie's spot on the team.

babcock isn't going to be the next coach. get over it. he doesn't want a project. its been stated several times. anyone with a little hockey sense wouldn't wanna touch TML with a 20 foot pole. i'm from toronto and can't stand the leafs and leafs fans. ignorant and arrogant.
Lehtonen has a 1.50 GAA over the past 10 games and has been getting the job done just fine. The defence in front has been shaky at best on the best of nights. no hushing isn't leaving. No go on Dallas, don't need a shaky Andersen.

Dubnyk is playing well this year. Debatably better then Mike Smith. Jordie isn't a good defensemen, not with the stars anyways. Maybe he doesn't fit whatever but Buffalo can only take so many picks and prospects, they need veterans and maybe Hemsky will fit there, but if that's the only unbelievable trade then I'm fine with that, it was just a toss anyways
