Idk if this is fair but as a jets fan so I'd love to see this trade happen because they have a serious problem rn with right handed d, so I'd want to see them trade trouba and the 22nd overall pick for Buffalos #8 only if Mikhail Sergachyov is still available, the Jets could use him as he is a left handed shot and is near a NHL ready game so they won't have to develop him for too long, I feel this trade works as the jets already loaded forward prospect base is getting over crowded to the point where it's going to be a problem and they haven't really had a good (morrisey isn't that good) d prospect in a while Nevermind a left handed one, to recap it's
Wpg-8th overall pick
Buf-Trouba and 22nd overall pick
What could make this deal more fair, if it isn't already?

And why not keep trouba and draft Logan Stanley. At 22.

If you haven't looked at the standing, the jets are in a lower/ worse spot then the habs so why in the hell would they agree to this trade and last time I checked the jets didn't have a superstar goalie on the verge of coming back, jets easily pass while they laugh in your face.
