Im getting tired of telling toronto fans that vasilevski is much more valuable than they seem to think and Tampa won't move him. Not without a big return. Kids proven at khl world juniors and now world championships and he's 19. If kadri and a third equal johnson your saying gardiner and reimer are worth vasilevski and a first. That might get you the fiirst alone definitely not a top prospect in the sport.

Leafs will never give up Lupul and Gardiner because they are both franchise players. We won't get Huberdeau for Bolland, Finn, Percy. We won't get Weber either. None of these trades are realistic!

I'm a Leafs fan too but I just want to slap some sense in to you. Clarkson is worth nothing. We are stuck with him for the next at least 4 years.
If we want Weber, start with Riely and JVR not Colton Orr and Phaneuf

Fine, Phaneuf (top pairing Dman, which TBL is in need of), Kadri (2nd line center with potential. can also play wing), Percy (young PMD), 3rd for j. t. brown and vasilevskiy there.

Percy = or > J. T. Brown and i'd say that Phaneuf, Kadri and a 3rd is enough to pry him loose

also, the 5th highest point getter in the KHL this year was nigel dawes lol yeeah. Not taking away from the kid, he's a stud *prospect* in net (hence all the attempted trade purposals) but he's still a prospect and if trading one player that's not even on your roster can improve more than one area of the team, it could be worth it. but at the same time he's a tough one to give up
