SBR trade Drew Stafford & Jhonas Enroth to WPG for 2nd & 3rd 2015. With Drew Stafford in the line up Dustin Byfuglien could move back to defense and Jhonas Enroth could challenge Ondrej Pavelec the #1 GK spot. WPG could end up with two starters for only a 2nd & 3rd. After making this trade Murray signs Devin Setoguchi to a 3 yr $2MM/yr contract.

I really messed up with Setoguchi right after I clicked "send", I noticed he signed with CGY, Loktionov may work as well because Andrei can play center. I was hoping Murray would sign Setoguchi, Michael Del Zotto & Dustin Penner all players whose promising careers have gone south whose careers may have been revived with less pressure of winning in BUF. If they did not work out, then they would have placeholder until the kids were ready.

SBR trade Tyler Myers to WPG for Evander Kane? Two lost souls, nearly the same age with similar upsides looking for paradise. The SBR really need a top center, but I was wonder if this is a fair trade in the minds of the contributors on this blog. We know that the Jets and Sabres were talking because Jordan Samuels-Thomas was traded to BUF for a 7th. Maybe there is more to come, maybe a block buster:

Tyler Myers < Evander Kane
Drew Stafford > 2nd
Jhonas Enroth > 3rd
Maybe Kane could play center for BUF.

I honestly don't think its a good trade at all! Myers is RHD, which Jets have an abudance of, and Stafford and Enroth are both UFA's next year, unfortunetly don't think they are good trade partners unless sabres are willing to trade some of their prospects, which they are not
